I have a Spikes 9mm Billet upper without the gas tube hole. I attempted to mount a DD Lite pistol length rail system. It wouldn't mount but that's not my main concern. I noticed the topnrail on the billet upper is considerably higher that the top rail on the handguard. I'm concerned about the difference in height for the front and rear flip sights when I do find a pistol length rail that will mount up. Is there anyone else that has ran into issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
