What's sad is this is probably one of the most active threads in the forum :-(

You're right; my previous comment was way off topic.

So, does anyone have an opinion on the wait time for the 300 BLK Compressor from what has been heard from another on the forum? Sorry if this question has already been asked/answered as I'm just now getting on board with the forum.

It will be 4 weeks tomorrow as I wait for a complete upper and a complete lower (2 separate orders).... hoping to get something soon to keep me occupied. ((wishful thinking)).

I think losing hope is the best idea. That way you dont expect it to change and forget its a big deal, then when it changes to "in progress" the wait is only like a week of complete children on christmas style giddy haha

Well, I'm going to make fun of this situation because quite frankly, that is the only thing that is putting a smile on my face.. My friends ordered their rifles from Stag Arms 3 weeks after I ordered the lower and they got theirs within a week.. And they got the model 8 with the piston system.. So, while they tease me on when I am getting my rifle in, I'm just going to shrug it off and make fun of the situation...

Why settle? If we were at a fast food joint and we had the choice to get an order of stanky old fries, or a batch of golden delicious batch of fries hot off the press, which one would we choose? I think were playing the 'patience is a virtue' game because we not only want a high quality spec'ed up rifle for our own enjoyment and pleasure, but also a finely crafted piece that is suitable to be passed down to our sons. The wait does suck bigtime, but at least it's something worth waiting for. I've mentally prepared myself for a 5 or 6 build time, so any longer than that and my optmism may fly south!

I dont think i could handle 5-6 months. Not for the basic complete 16" middy. For a custome build with billet receivers and SAR's and all the other fancy custom stuff, maybe. but im waiting on a Plain Jane, and if i dont have it by July, im going to start looking around. Nothing against spikes, im just a kid on christmas eve. haha ill stick it out for a few months though

Hey Hox013-

If all you want is a spec'ed out complete Spikes standard type carbine DI 16" middy (preferably with Magpul furniture to effectively take on a M4 look) call Trading Places at 770-266-0281. Asked for either Blake, Corey or Justin and they should be to sell this to you for around $999. At least they've had them for the last 2+ months in stock before last week.

Please let me know if this helps you out.
