I placed an order for the 300 BLK variant of the Compressor last month and I am finally getting around to filing my ATF paperwork, however I had a few questions:

What is the overall length of the rifle?
What is the model of the lower receiver? The Compressor page has it listed as ST Billet Receiver Set. Is that the proper nomenclature or is there a specific model # that I should use?
What do I put down as a serial number for a rifle that has not been built yet?

Also, since I had planned on picking the rifle up from you guys directly whenever it + forms are ready, do you handle the engraving for purchases involving an NFA trust? Along that same line, which forms need to be filled out? Is it two form 1's or one form 1 (rifle) and one form 4 (suppressor)?

You wouldn't fill out the Form 4's. Your Class 3 dealer would fill them out after they receive the Compressor.

Err wait, so I can't pick it up directly from you guys it has to go through a dealer?

If you are picking it up from us, you still cannot submit Form 4's until it is completed and ready to be delivered. Once we submit the Form 4's with you (at that time, cannot do it before), your Compressor will go to our Class 3 lockup until your stamps come back.

Dang, that's something I never even thought of. I guess you can't submit paperwork requiring a serial number when the lower receiver hasn't been built yet eh? Just adds more to the wait time I guess... *cries in the corner a little bit*. Even choosing to have it shipped to a local NFA dealer it would still be the same situation correct?

Yes, same situation. Shipping to dealer only adds an extra month for the Form 3 transfer from ST to your Class 3 dealer.
