Form 4 rifle

When my SBR rifle(ST compressor) is waiting for approval from the BATFE at my local class 3 dealer. Can I take the upper home with me right away and just leave the lower and suppressor with the dealer waiting for approval? Or does the entire rifle need to stay together and with the dealer?

That depends on your dealer. I believe most dealers will be fine with you taking home everything but the registered parts. There is not specific rule within the NFA that prevents this.
