Dear Spike's, I have had no problems with you before but I placed an order 10 days ago and called and spoke to one of the reps to ensure everything I was about to order was in stock (which they confirmed) and 10 days later I call to check on the status of my order as it still said processing and find out that the billet lower is out of stock and will be another week or two til it will ship out. I specifically called as I needed this for a build for someone local that had a deadline and would have gone another route if I had known it would take me 3-4 weeks to get it. I also noticed it still does not say it is out of stock on the website which is a bit misleading to other customers. This is something you guys might want to look into....


My order:
Stripped iohazard Billet Lower w/ no color fill (confimed in stock with rep and online)
KNS anti rotation pins (confirmed in stock with rep and online)
Pistol buffer kit (online it said "temporarily out of stock" at the top and "in stock: at the bottom but the rep said that the new batch was on its way to the shop and they would be back in stock that day or the day after)

My apologies, not sure who you spoke with on the phone, but the Billet lowers have been marked out of stock for almost 3 weeks. Anything coming in has been to work off the backorders.

Thank you for letting me know about the contradicting description on the pistol tube. I have corrected that.

No problem, I was referring to the billet stripped lowers and not the complete ones they show nothing about being out of stock on my computer screen. Edit- Now I notcied when I put it in my cart it shows it is out of stock now, it didnt when I ordered on the 11th though:
