Two questions, how do we get a refund online and if so do they give all the money back. You may email sales@spikestactical.com or call 407.928.2666 to have your order canceled. Make sure to include your full name & order number. The refund will be for the full amount. And it can take 3-5 days to get back to your method of payment, depending on the financial institution your payment was original charged to.

I could probably have found a dealer somewhere with one and driven from CA to buy it in a shorter time...... Your probably exactly right. Me & my buddy just picked up our 9th in the past 90 days today. They are out there people. And really easy to find to be honest. Bowhunter, where were you able to find all the parts and guns at? Point me in the right direction would ya. Thanks

All I'm going to say is that I feel that it is ST's obligation to fill orders in the time frame quoted. Maybe they go a week or two over here and there, but adding months on is un-acceptable. I would be upset too if my order was well beyond the expected date!
However, if you are planning a build then you should plan ahead and realize that some things are on back-order. Don't be that guy who walks into a gun store the week before deer season and get pissed that the "magic brand" you shoot every year is out of stock. Plan well in advance and be patient. I have noticed that ST has quit listing certain parts for sale on their website bc of the huge demand and limited supply.
Just know they are not the only manufacturer getting slammed right now. Some stores here in Ohio are having a hard time keeping specific brands on the shelf (and its the "slow season"). Lets spend less time complaining and wasting their time so they can get the orders out to all of us waiting... Be happy that ST didn't just jack up the price of their stuff 30% to limit the "demand" and keep a normal supply / production amount.

They are that behind and its only going to get worse. The rumor is though they will be making some changes soon to help, but that's privileged info. Sorry. Is this for new orders or all back orders? I ordered mine the first part of March and haven't heard anything.

This will be my first Spike's, if it ever gets here. This thing better be worth this long of a wait.

I'm pounding away on week 20.... Last email I recieved was May 25 saying another 4-6 weeks.... However July 25 would have been 8 weeks... Talk about the most stressful upper I've ever ordered....

I got my shipping notification last night 1 day shy of the 15 week mark for a 10" 300BLK upper with no mods. I'm very excited about it. Of course, going from Florida to here by ground will take another week...but it's on its way!

Are the stripped lowers taking as long as complete uppers / rifles? It looks like 4-6 months for uppers and rifles...

Stripped lowers are taking just as long. When you are 40k lowers backordered, the list is long, and it no longer matters if it is stripped/complete/rifle that the lower is needed for.
