Update on mine. Got the call mine was at gun shop on my actual birthday. Picked it up the next day. The thing shoots awesome!!!!! I love it
Still, knowing the wait I would not guarantee I would order another one right now mainly b/c I have no patience. I DO SAY YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU OWN ONE WHEN IT ARRIVES. I do believe people would be more patient if Spike would update the backorders frequently here. I know I certainly am more patient when I know at least someone is working on it. Pics of them going out the door daily would be nice. Lol

Ordered complete Mid-length with a few modifications (carry handle, BCM charging handle, ST enhanced trigger guard, magpul grip) on 05/06/12. Called yesterday at 3 months (90 days or 12 weeks) and was told 6 months or November for a complete rifle build. Unfortunately, Ive missed 2 shipments of ST-15 mid lengths at AIM so far. Just hoping no new laws or zombie apocalypses come before I get mine. Now if Spike's could just send me an unofficial, official looking letter with the rifle stating I "won" this rifle in a sweepstakes so I can explain the purchase to my wife.

And then one day let her coincidentally see you dig it out. When she asks about it, right then, say "What this old thing? I bought it a long time ago." Just don't disclose that it finally arrived 2 days prior.
