Question on ordering a new ST-15

I would like to order a ST-15 16" M4 carbine. However the geek in me really wants the punisher logo lower. To be hoenst thats the reason I want a Spikes rifle(yup total geek) Anyhow Can I request the punisher lower when ordering a complete rifle, or do I have to order the upper and lower separately?

Upper and lower would need to be ordered separately. Or you can call in a custom build order. I would recommend doing an upper and lower on different invoices to get both halves as quick as possible.
