I'm near completing a 16" Spikes/CMMG build in 300 AAC Blackout and I have a spare ST-1 buffer lying around. I was wondering if it would function reliably or would it be too light?

Have a follow up question from this post.
I have an 9inch AAC upper in 300 black that I'm putting on a spikes lower. AAC's website says that their 9 inch upper needs an H2 buffer to function properly.
Will my ST-T2 buffer work or will I need to buy an H2 buffer?

You'll be good with a T2.
