Tom,

Any ETA on these? I know on ARfcom you mentioned it would be at least four weeks, think that was around the end of October.

I'm sure you've thought of this and its covered...but will the current shim kit cover any possible timing issues?

lemme just say, i was ready to pull my hair out trying to clock my SAR not with the shims, and you have some room for error with it, looks the like BAR has to be dead nuts on. I'm still planning on using a BAR on my next piston gun tho

Why? It's really no different than timing a muzzle device.

So the piston system will fit under the BAR? or does it need to be out in front of it. Will this be available for single sale

The barrel nuts will be available separate.

Piston gas blocks will not fit under the rail, but the op-rod will fit under it. The difference of the piston barrel nut is that it allows full travel of the op-rod, where the default barrel nut is too deep and blocks its' movement.

i guess i will have to get a BAR rail later on down the line when this barrel nut comes out cause i ended up getting a SAR rail to finish up my build.

it's okay this just gives me an excuse to buy the billet upper and lower set for another AR build

if you use the osprey piston system you can use it under the bar rail...you just need a low profile/micro gas block

What about LWRC piston systems? Will it fit underneath the BAR? I'm trying to install a 9" rail on my PSD so I can slide a suppressor underneath the rail. Here's a pic :)

I'd appreciate any info and ideas on how to make the 9" BAR compatible with my PSD. Thanks!
