Anytime you are looking into a NFA firearm trust, it is beat to be state specific. As I saw you mentioned Houston in another thread. Sorry I do not have any experience with trusts in TX. Each state has unique trust laws that must be balanced with ATF requirements when forming the trust.
There is the Hometown sections on Arfcom that could help locate a local attorney or shop that can service your needs.
All I can say is don't accept a trust from an out of state individual or company. Trusts are not one size fits all. ;o)

I just started investigating NFA trusts in sunny Florida in case the Sheriffs Dept refuses to sign off on the receiver I just submitted to them.

I got a call from a NFA Trust Attorney today but was at work and missed the call. Returning the call tomorrow Ill let you know what i find out.

When did you send them, Sean is usually very good about getting back to people .. he is also usually at Houston Armory in Stafford on Friday nights for their Friday Night Guns

Well the NFA Trust Attorney called me (Sean Cody) and we had a nice talk ... turns out that he and i go to the same three gun matches. So we got the information going and he is charging me $500 to do the trust plus he has an FFL license, so you can have things shipped to him. His number is 281-451-4175
