So I placed an order for my first AR on March 7th and cant wait for it to arrive. 2 days later I realized I forgot to use the 5% ARFCOM discount on my order. I sent an email that day to the sales rep asking about crediting my account. 2 weeks after my original order and numerous calls and emails I finally got in contact with the sales rep. The sales rep told me that in order to credit me the money the order would need to be re-issued and this would add 2 weeks to my order. This was unacceptable as if I got a response on day 2 there would be no issue. The sales rep kept on stating that their system could not refund me without a new issue date. So I asked if I could get credit towards a gun bag and I would just pay the remainder. The sales rep said that should be no problem and that I will receive a sales order. Well that was a week ago and have heard nothing.

I have heard nothing but good things about Spike's from all the forums I review. Not sure if I'm dealing with someone new, but not getting responses to emails and phone calls is getting a little ridiculous.

Is there anyone I can contact that will help me with this????
