I just wanted to say that as a first time AR buyer with really no idea what Im doing and having a very specific idea in mind makes it very hard to find anyone who will help you. I heard on some forums that spikes was a great product at a great price and that is very true! Along with that they have THE very best customer service people that I have EVER spoken to! I called and took the first sales person they had available which happened to be Diana, I wasnt sure that what I wanted could be done but after speaking with her and after we got everything figured out that I wanted she assured me that everything could be done and it would be no problem. She even appolgized to ME several times for everything taking so long double and sometimes triple checking that we were on the same page which i told her there was no need for appolgies!! I will be finishing up my order today after meeting with my FFL so he can get his info into spikes. I am definatly a customer for life!! If everyone there is as helpful as Diana and the products are half as good as the service (which Im sure they are)then Im convinced that soon you will be bigger than Colt, LMT, and all the other big names in ARs.

P.S. If anyone in charge reads this, Im not sure what you pay Diana, but it should be double! Shes AMAZING!!!

Ok! just order my complete 14.5 rifle from Spikes Tactical and all i have to say is Diana is AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! Your read here on the forum how helpful the reps are and how good the customer service is but honestly folks that is an understatement, Spikes Tactical just earned a repeat customer and a customer for life. Now i just have to play the waiting game (sigh). Ill post some pics up once i get my rifle in, again many many many many Thanks to Spikes Tactical and to Diana
