slip 2000 ewl is all you need

Quoted for truth. I just bought this for the first time (in prep for my AR) and it has made my pistols run smoother than ever before. ESPECIALLY my 1911.

I am assembling my lower for the first time, should I use my mobil 28 grease, or just slip 2000 on everything? I am asking about the trigger/hammer pins mostly.

I just use Breakfree CLP and Hoppes No. 9 solvent.

It's cheap and redly available at most Wal-Marts.

It also noticibly makes the actions of the firearms I lube up with it cycle smoother. It also got rid of the squeaky sound my Glock 19 made when I racked the slide, lol.

I cant believe I took the advise of a guy with the handle of "psydoc" but I bought a bottle of Froglube and used it on my AR and my XD 40 and my Remington 1187 12 guage, and was astonished at how great it works. It cut the carbon build up in the AR bc better than anything I've tried before. lubes awesomely and doesn't stink. washes off the hands with ease. Great stuff, but a tad pricey. Well worth it for me though, I like to clean my guns at the kitchen table.

I use either synthetic motor oil as a lube or on most guns Mobile 1 synthetic wheel bearing grease (very thin application).
No issues at all and it stays wet through lots of rounds.

Where's the best place to get CLP and SLiP 2000 EWL? Dick's, Bass Pro, or Gander Mtn? I checked my local walmart and they didn't have any of it. They didn't have any bores snakes or anything, the only thing I saw worth looking at was hoppes #9 solvent. And I'm in Boca Raton, so if anyone that lives down here and has bought this stuff before could let me know where, that would be awesome.

Yeah. I think I'll have to but I'd like to buy it locally just cause it's easier.

CLP you can get at Walmart. Have to call local gun shops to see if anyone has the S2000. Most have to order it online.

Nope. No CLP at my walmart. Not even a spot on the shelf where it would be there but out of stock.

Why not just save yourself the time and buy it online and have it shipped to your door for less money?

A link to my sources that EWL is cheaper online than in a store? Don't have one since I've only seen it sold at a handful of LGSs for more than the 12 and change I paid at DSGArms. Google shopping is your friend.

Were you thinking I was talking about Winchester's CLP sold at walmart?
