I got my upper on thursday. So this is my first AR-15.
-Spike's 16" Midlength LE upper with 12" SAR -Spike's stripped zombie lower -Spike's LPK -Billet trigger guard -Magpul CTR -Magpul MIAD -Maglevel PMAG -AFG2 (don't know if I'll keep it or go with a VFG or maybe nothing) -MBUS Gen 2 -ASAP
-KNS anti-rotation pins on the way -Maybe a FDE BADASS later -And I'll probably end up with a PRO or H-1 later on after I get used to the irons (polymers)
I haven't gotten to shoot it yet. That will have to wait until next week. But it feels amazing and everything seems to be well built.
Thank you to everyone on this forum that has helped clear things up for me. You guys and Diana helped me A LOT!!

My first AR, and it's a Spikes! 16" middy 13.2" SAR Standard BCG Standard Spikes Lower (with a DIY custom color fill) Magpul MOE stock Magpul MBUSs Hogue grip My DIY custom color fill - flat gray which actually matches the silver of the laser engraved logos on the rail, BCG, and upper. Here's how it shoots. This is with no adjustment to the MBUSs at 25 yards at my local indoor range. The ammo was 62 grain Silver Bear soft point in a five-shot group - no bench rest, but my elbows were braced on the lane divider. The 62 grain Silver Bear gave a tighter group than the 55 grain Ultramax I started with. I understand that's due to the 1/7 twist with the heavier bullet, although a guy at the range was less than complimentary about Ultramax ammo. Can't wait to shoot this thing some more! --KromeHawk
