Hi! I emailed Katie but figured I'd post here too in case she is swamped. I just received my complete lower with the Enhanced Lower Parts Kit (order # 34398), and I think I have some wrong/missing parts. In the description of the ELPK, it says it comes with the ST Billet Trigger guard. I received the straight/flat trigger guard from the Standard LPK. Also, the ELPK says it comes with the Ergo grip with the ST spider logo. I'm assuming the logo is on the grip plug, mine did not come with the grip plug shown in the photo for the ELPK. Looks like everything else from the ELPK is there (KNS pins, Battle Trigger, etc.), just these two errors. Thanks in advance for your help!!

I can't speak for the trigger guard but I do know that the ERGO grips no longer come with a plug. I ordered an ELPK about nine months ago and actually called Spikes and they told me that the ERGO grips no longer have plugs. Hope this helps

Give them a call tomorrow and they'll be able to get that billet trigger guard out to you ASAP.

And yes, the Ergo grips no longer come with a grip plug. Not sure why Ergo decided to stop making them.

Hendricks is correct.

As for the plug, some people have called Ergo and they have sent out a plug on request, but they haven't included plugs with our grip orders in over a year.

Sent from my HTC Evo

Your product decription for the Ergo grip still says it comes with a plug and the spider logo...

Spider logo is on there. Will check the description now about the plug, thanks.

The Plug won't stay in very well on the earlier Ergo grips. Not sure if the newer grips even offer the plug anymore.

I guess I'll find out, Ergo is sending me one. Katie had the correct trigger guard to me in two days, that's great customer service. Now I just need to get my upper ordered!
