Which length BAR Rail do I need in order for the fake can to tuck inside the rail? Or does it matter which fake can I get as well? Can someone provide me the correct combinations so get it right when I order? Might not make a difference, Carbine Length vs MidLength, but if so, please advise which is preferable. Thanks.

Need a 16" carbine length upper (midlength doesn't have enough barrel for the fake can), SD-1 fake can, and a minimum BAR length of 10".

Will the SAR rail of 10" also allow the SD-1 fake can to tuck inside the rail? What is the difference between the SAR and the BAR? is it weight only? Or are there other things I should be aware of if I order the 10" SAR for the purpose of the fake can?
Thanks,

The SAR is thinner and I don't think any can will fit under it.
This is my SAR rail....

I have been doing some additional research. The website indicates the inner diameter of the SAR rail is 1.5". Also, the CAR-1 fake can diameter is 1.25" as listed in the product description, with a length of 5.5". So in essence a 12" SAR rail on a 16" carbine length upper should allow a CAR-1 fake can to tuck inside the rail? Can someone from Spike's confirm this assumption? Thanks.
