I was just wondering if I purchased a complete upper with a 16" LW barrel, could I have the barrel fluted and bead blasted for a matte finish?

Another question I have is; I seen the 10 year special edition parts including the titanium extreme dynacomp and gas block, will these two parts be available for purchase separately in the near future?

Nope. Parts made for the special edition rifle are not planned to be sold separately.
