When I called my FFL dealer he said as long as the sear hole wasn't in the lower it was no problem. So my question is does the STLS011 have the sear hole?

If you are referring to a hole for the happy pin (auto sear position pin), it does not. You cannot give a lower that hole unless it is a registered select fire receiver.
The lowers are low shelf, so that if you purchase a RDIAS down the road, the lower has the required room to install the machine gun component -- but it cannot accept a new manufacture select fire sear.
