I would love to see the punisher logo on the side of my Glock model 34. How about a slimline 45 acp with a single stack configuration similar to the concealable glocks but in a 5" configuration. Sort of like a 1911 Glock but with a punisher logo on the side. I have small hands and would appreciate the narrower grip on a Glock in 45 acp.

I purchased a Kimber back in the late 90's, Custom Classic I believe it was, the basic Kimber at the time, I added an SA magwell, not for the magwell, but for the extended arched mainspring housing (i got biiiiiig hands), and a set of hogue grips and that pistol was done. I paid ~ 600 total for the gun and grips, and 60 bucks for the SA. The only other feature that pistol was missing that I would request, would be a recurve on the front of the triggerguard w/checkering. I do agree also with the others here that have mentioned dropping the front slide serrations. Nice complete pistol, customizable if you like, good price. It's exactly why i'm building a Spike's AR, excellent product, non-psychotic pricing. I would seriously consider a Spike's 1911 in the 600-700 dollar range. I've shot in matches against people with $3000.00 guns in the past, and it is my very firm belief that it's not the gun that makes the pro's so good, it's the practice. I carry a Daisy 1911 style semi-auto BB pistol around to shoot at the barn rats. I can hit 'em every time out to about 25 yards easily, not because of it's tack-driving accuracy, but because I shoot it every day. It cost me 29 bucks. Just sayin'....

I don't understand the whole nighthawk thing either. I saw a NH 1911 with a threaded barrel for $3000+. If I was going to a gun fight, I'd take my HK Mark 23 over that thing any day of the week. I guess if you are into 1911's it's a cool piece. I'm not though. I will admit the NH version looked really cool. Not $3000+ cool.

while i love my .45, if it's combat, my g17 goes with me. it's as accurate as i need it within 30 yards and the speed of follow up shots along with the extra ammo precludes me using an 8 round cqb. sidearms are secondary for a reason and 2 holes from a 9 are bigger than 1 from a .45.

LOL. I wish. Would love a ST XDM45 Compact as an upgrade to my XD45c EDC. Wonder if you could NiB the slide and still have Canyon Creek put a fusion treatment on top.

For the price I would want a threaded barrel.
