hello people i am on week 5 of my wait for my complete st15 middy.....its been a long painful wait thus far but from what i can see in the forums its almost over....one good thing about the wait is that i had plenty of time to research and purchase plenty of accessories such as an acog ta01 nsn , yhm diamond handguard , 800 rounds of 62 gr ammo, 4 new reactive targets not to mention exstinding my range out to 400yrds....oh and a deluxe dog house that i'll be living in if i keep ordering thing to ease the pain of the wait......ahhh who am i kiddin its warm now the dog house wont be so bad.......

Looks like my standard stripped lower will be shipping out shortly...my order just went from issued to in progress...originally I ordered the lower with the safe/fire markings...but I guess they had a shipment of bullet pictograms come in and wanted to know if i wanted to switch...I gladly agreed because I knew this would shorten my wait and I dont really mind the pictograms anyways...Placed order March 1st...Not a bad wait at all...seems like it was just yesterday...everyone else, hang in there!

Ordered my upper, lower & 30rd Pmag on Saturday 3/24/12. I was curious, since I ordered them "separately" not a complete rifle, do the parts that don't have to get sent to the FFL get sent to me or does everything get sent at one time to the FFL?

Ordered the ST-15 16" Mid Length LE on 3/29/2012. All i can do is sit on this thread and hope for stories of fast shipping. I've always wanted an AR, and this is my first. Im a poor college kid that used all his extra cash on a damn good stress reliever for the range. Although it appears as though i wont have it before this semester of school is over, im hoping to have it by my birthday (June 7th)! I have read nothing but the best about Spikes products, and i plan to hang in there with everyone else. Ill have to start trying the "buy while you wait" idea. i see some pmags, moe furniture, ammo, sling, mag pouch for reload drills...

What did you order specifically? Was it something totally custom? 7 months seems like an awfully long time to still be waiting...

Crossing my fingers that you didn't order a black MOE upper and lower...that would mean I am looking at 4 more months.

It was a matched billet upper and lower receiver set, nothing special. Apparently the shipment that came in February was bad, JaxChris made a post about it, mine was on it but since they failed QA, it was shipped back. Now I'm just waiting for my set to be re-machined. My guess, another 8-10 weeks.

oh ok. well at least you know that it did come in and just didnt pass quality control. Although that sucks for the waiting, its better than being sent a less than spec. part. You'll be hapopy for Spikes excellent quality control when it comes in this next time. Billets are one of the heavy backorders spikes seems to have
