Updated Policy for State and Local Law Enforcement Agency Sales:

In light of the recent and numerous anti-gun and anti-2nd Amendment laws pending across the Nation, Spike’s Tactical will be joining other manufacturers and distributors and limiting the business we do in states that have limited the right to keep and bear arms for their citizens.


As of today, it will be our policy not to sell prohibited items to law enforcement agencies, government agencies and agents in states, counties, cities and municipalities that have enacted restrictive gun control laws against their citizens. We urge other companies to join in support.

Sales Information

We understand with the recent events many of our customers have quite a few questions. Please read through this first and then if there's something we haven't covered for you email sales@spikestactical.com. This will help out everyone tremendously as we want to give our customers the attention you deserve.

1. We are a build to order shop and have been on back order most of the year.
2. We are currently filling orders placed in April 2012 so if you have ordered after that time to count on approximately 8 months from when the order was placed.
3. ANY NEW ORDERS FOR RIFLES, LOWERS AND UPPERS are 12 months estimated timeframe and all orders are paid upfront. Most Parts are going to be 6-12 months as well.
4. If you have ordered and a ban goes through, yes you will be refunded if you are unable to obtain what you have ordered.
5. Please do not call and leave several messages. If you call or email please allow EXTRA time for a response as we are over-inundated with calls and emails right now.
6. We do NOT have any blem parts.
7. We do not know what or if a Ban is going to happen. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL AND STATE REPRESENTATIVES TO GIVE YOUR VOICE ON THE MATTER.
